I cannot recommend CAP carpentry enough. Chris has done pretty much most of my carpentry in my home including most recently fitting my kitchen which looks fantastic. There is nothing he cannot do. Highly recommended.

Chris Peloli and Cap Carpentry were engaged to supply and fit a double side gate and frame in light oak to my residential premises to replace an existing one which was bowed and warped due to bad carpentry . The wood that he supplied was of European centre grain oak of top quality and the workmanship was first class. Unfortunately due to the very bad downfalls of torrential rain in that period of last year the gates suffered a degree of warping and I reported the matter to Chris who immediately called down to resolve the problem, which required a small amount of trimming for re-adjustment. There was no logical reason for the warping as the doors and posts had had three coats of varnish and should have been weatherproof but there must have some damp ingress. Although the problem had been rectified Chris offered, free of charge, to replace both the doors and posts to satisfy my concerns; an offer that I refused as I was prepared to wait until the Spring to see if they would settle down .

then said that I would ring him back in April of this year if there was still a problem. Sure enough, the doors did settle down and I was happy with the final finish and forgot to recontact Cap Carpentry. However, Chris did not forget and called me instead and insisted on calling in to check his work to make sure that everything was to his, not my, satisfaction. Well, how often do you get that sort of dedication to make doubly sure that both the work is done correctly and that the customer is satisfied with the result , WOW!

I would highly recommend both Chris and Cap Carpentry for their work, dedication, professional approach and integrity to anyone who would care to ask . Keep that standard up and the company and their customers will all benefit.

I have had the pleasure of using Chris Peloli and his team at CAP Carpentry as a key contractor on the full refurbishment we did on our listed Georgian property at 36 Wilmington Square, London, WC1X 0EG. They handled all the wooden floorings, complete new wooden staircase and the replacement of most of our wooden sash windows, not to mention some more minor things. The work was done in a very professional manner, to a high standard, on time and in accordance with quote/budget. I could not be more satisfied.

I have known Christian Peloli – CAP Carpentry for approximately six years. During this time, he has designed and completed a number of bespoke projects inside and outside of our property. These have included fitted furniture in the living rooms, new floor to ceiling bedroom furniture, alterations to existing bedroom furniture, a bespoke corner office desk, as well a new side gate and frame, the rebuilding of garden summerhouse, redesigning the space in the garage with worktops and units plus general property maintenance.

Christian is always committed to pleasing the client, is patient, polite and resourceful as well as having a good sense of humour; he has some great ideas that are not only ingenious but practical. No job is too small or big for Christian and I have recommended him to family and friends and will continue to do so in the future.
